When you create or use an account, we may process your email address, name, phone or WhatsApp number, country, type of work, and Photoshop version. Store or business name, website, and approximate monthly catalog size are optional.

When you submit a manual payment request, we record the selected plan and amount, transfer method, sender phone or payment identifier, any reference you provide, and the request status so the transfer can be reviewed, an invoice issued, and your subscription activated.

The website also records visit analytics such as page, device type, operating system, browser, screen resolution, language, time zone, referral and campaign details, and approximate country, city, and internet provider. A visit may be associated with your account email and name when you are signed in.

We use browser Local Storage and essential technical cookies solely to maintain your sign-in session, interface language, and license key locally on your device without cross-site tracking.

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you visit the site, create an account, submit a payment request or have your plan activated, we may send Meta the event name together with hashed identifiers (such as your hashed email address), Meta cookies and the order value. Meta processes this data under its own data policy, and you can control the ads you see in the ad settings of your Meta account.

We use information to authenticate accounts and verify email, manage account access, licenses, and credits, review payment requests and issue invoices, send transactional notices, provide technical support, protect the service from misuse, and improve website performance.

No Sale of Personal Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Information received through Google Sign-In is used exclusively to facilitate your login and manage your subscription in strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

The Photoshop workflow is designed to process CSV, PSD, and image files locally on your device; the website does not ask you to upload those files, and they are never stored or inspected on our cloud servers. Only account, license, payment-request, and visit logs are sent to the cloud services needed to operate the website and plugin.

The website uses Firebase and Google for authentication, account storage, operational records, and transactional email notifications. Visit analytics may use ipwho.is to estimate geographic information about a visit. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process information on our behalf under their respective privacy and security standards.

We send essential transactional emails directly related to your account, such as email confirmations, payment receipts, license activation notices, and critical security alerts. We do not send unsolicited promotional spam, and you may adjust your communication preferences at any time by contacting us.

We retain information as needed to operate accounts, licenses, and support, review payments, and maintain security and financial records. We use secure cloud infrastructure and appropriate safeguards, while acknowledging that no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely risk-free.

You can update profile information and preferences from Settings at any time. To request a copy, correction, or full deletion of your account and personal information, contact us from the email associated with your account. Some records may need to be retained for licensing administration, accounting, or legal compliance.

We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised review date.
