By using PixMatic or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Additional terms may apply when shown for a specific purchase or feature.

Provide accurate information and update it when it changes. Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and should contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

An active plan grants use of PixMatic within the device and credit limits shown at purchase: Starter and Pro on one device, Pro+ on two, Unlimited on three, with the app (Mac or Windows) and the plugin counting toward the same number. Signing in on one device too many signs the oldest device out automatically. Do not copy, resell, or bypass the app or plugin license checks.

Plan price, credits, and duration are shown at checkout when you submit a request. InstaPay and Vodafone Cash are the currently available methods. The website sends transfer requests for review; a plan and credits are activated only after the team confirms the transfer.

The current payment flow does not charge automatically; renewal requires a new payment request. Cards and PayPal are not currently available. If you sent an incorrect amount or transfer details, contact support with the request number and receipt.

Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate activation of processing features, payments are non-refundable once the transfer is confirmed and the plan is activated or any credits are consumed. If a technical issue completely prevents you from using the plugin and our support team is unable to resolve it, PixMatic reserves the right to review the case and issue a refund or compensatory credit at its discretion.

Processing credits remain valid for the duration specified in the plan (e.g., 30 days from activation). If you renew or purchase a new plan before your current period expires, any remaining unused credits automatically roll over to your new balance.

You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of product data, images, and templates you provide. You are responsible for having permission to use them. The website does not ask you to upload CSV or PSD files; processing happens on your device in the PixMatic Studio app or in Photoshop. You do not transfer ownership of your files or output to PixMatic.

PixMatic is an independent plugin designed for Adobe Photoshop and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe Inc. You are responsible for ensuring your hardware meets required specifications and runs a supported version of Photoshop capable of executing UXP plugins. PixMatic is not liable for performance issues caused by unsupported, modified, or incompatible host software.

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, disrupt its systems, or access accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend access when activity threatens the service or its users. We improve the service, so features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties of commercial results. PixMatic is not responsible for errors in user-provided input data (such as malformed CSV files) or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits. In all cases, PixMatic’s maximum total liability to you is limited to the actual amount paid for your current active plan.

We may update these terms when the service or payment methods change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use the service after changes are posted means you accept them.
